XO Armor's HeatForm™ Orthotic Splints
XO Armor’s HeatForm™ Orthotics (HFOs) are 3D-printed flat for easy storage and fast, in-clinic splinting. Each HeatForm™ sheet warms in a hydrocollator or water bath in about 30 seconds, then molds directly to the patient for a quick, precise custom fit. With pre-shaped flat prints, the time-consuming cutting and forming of sheet material is eliminated—helping clinics work more efficiently, reduce material waste, and deliver immediate care during the patient’s appointment. The smooth, comfortable finish supports improved patient compliance and overall treatment outcomes. Minimum order quantity of 10 splints per order.
