Once you make a purchase on our website, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading our free iPhone app and a special link that allows you to get started on your scan!

Our estimated shipping time is between 1-2 weeks from the time you submit your scans.

3D Printing technology allows us to take your scan and print to the exact contour of your leg.

When a scan is submitted, we trim the shape of the shin guard to match the shape drawn on the customer's leg. The app captures the unique contours of the leg, and this custom shape is what gets printed.

Once you have clicked the link in the email after purchase, follow these tips to get an accurate scan:

1. Hold the phone about 1ft away from your leg. The scanning screen will be purple if it is focused.

2. Move slowly across the area in one pass to be scanned. The entire scan should take about 10 seconds.

3. Make sure the finished scan captures the entire desired area.

We print the exact shape that is drawn and submitted. Please double-check that what you are submitting is the shape and size that you want.

We want to provide the best experience for our customers and will work with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, please reach out to us and we can help redesign the shin guards or offer a refund.

It is best to draw the entire shape of shin guard to ensure the custom design, typically by tracing your current shin guard! The shape that is drawn is exactly what will be designed. If you are unable or not comfortable drawing, you can simply scan without drawing and we will take care of the rest!
